Credit:
All purchases can be paid by C.O.D Cashier's Check, Pre-paid or Credit Card, unless credit has been established by us
Credit history will not be provided to your supplier if you have less than one year of trade experience or no transactions within the past 6 months
Service charge of $20.00 for any returned checks

Credit Card payment:
We accept Visa or Mastercard only
Payment by credit card will be charged on the same day that we ship your order
Handling fee will be enforced if credit card is charged later than shipping date

Prices are for wholesalers only
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Prices quoted are for F.O.B. South San Francisco

Minimum order:
We require a minimum order of 15 dozen or $300.00
Handling charge of $20.00 will be enforced for any order less than 15 dozen or $300.00

Method of Shipping:
All merchandise delivered by UPS or Truck Lines (Freight Collect)

Cancellation or Returned Merchandise:
All order cancellations or returned merchandise must be approved by authorized personnel of this company
Restocking fee will be charged for any returned package without authorization ($10.00/carton)

CA Customers & Out of State Walk In Customers:
Must provide a copy of the seller's permit and also fill out the resale card or sales tax will be applied
